Who gets what
Your members
10% off food online
For delivery or collection, counted on food up to £40 an order. They join with your link and their membership number, and you confirm them from your partner sign in. Checked again every 6 months.
Your staff
10% off food online
You add their email and they switch it on with their Rodi account. When they visit us they also get 10% off food, Sunday to Thursday, shown on their Rodi card.
Your company (trade account)
A staff perk that pays for itself
Order your team's lunches and meetings on a Rodi trade account. Once your company spends £100 with us in the last 30 days, your staff get 10% off our food, ordering from home or visiting us Sunday to Thursday. It switches on by itself.
The small print, for every perk: food only, not drinks or delivery, counted up to £40 an order. One discounted order a day. Can't be used with other offers or deals: people choose their perk or a deal, and the checkout tells them which is on.

Questions
How do you check who's a member?
You do. Each person gives their membership number when they join, and you confirm them from your partner sign in. Members are checked again every 6 months, so people who leave drop off.
Does the perk work with your deals?
No, it's one or the other. If a basket has a deal, an offer or a discount code in it, the perk isn't used on that order and we say so at checkout, so people can choose whichever saves them more.
Are drinks included?
No. The perk is for food only, so soft drinks, beers and other drinks are charged as usual. The same goes for delivery and tips.
How does the perk work for a trade account's staff?
Your staff add their work email in their own Rodi account and confirm it from their inbox. The perk runs while your company spends £100 with us in the last 30 days. Until then it shows as "not active yet", and it switches on by itself once you get there.
Will you share what our people order?
No, never. Your partner page only shows numbers, such as how many members have joined and how many orders used the perk. What anyone orders stays between them and us.
Can members order from home?
Yes. The perk works on any online order, for delivery or collection, from home, work or anywhere in our delivery area. They just need to be signed in to their Rodi account.
Does it cost anything?
No. There's no fee and nothing to sign. If you'd like to stop, just tell us and we'll switch it off.
