Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to order from Rodi Express, whatever device you use and however you use it. This page explains how accessible the website is, what we know still needs work and how to tell us about a problem.
What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. You should be able to:
- use the whole site with a keyboard, including the menu, basket and checkout
- zoom in to 200% without text running off the screen
- use a screen reader, such as VoiceOver on iPhone and Mac, TalkBack on Android or NVDA on Windows
- read every dish's allergens and filter the menu by allergy and diet
How we check it
Every update to the website is checked automatically before it goes live: each main page is opened at phone and computer sizes and scanned for accessibility problems (colour contrast, buttons and links without names, headings, image descriptions and more). Anything serious stops the update until it is fixed. We last did this on 1 November 2026.
What we know isn't perfect yet
- Card payments open PayPal's own secure pages, which we don't control.
- The map for checking your delivery address comes from Google Maps. You can always type your address and postcode instead.
- Some older photos may have short descriptions. We are adding better ones as we go.
- We haven't yet had the site tested by screen reader users. We plan to.
Tell us about a problem
If something on the site doesn't work for you, or you'd like the menu or allergen information in another format, please get in touch. We'll get back to you as soon as we can, and we're always happy to take your order on the phone.
